I am fitter and better shape than most people my age. I doubt any of you guys have the time to cycle 500 miles per week. The only thing I need to improve is upgrade to a customised carbon road but my current bike is good enough. I scream out insults at jerks that say crap to me as I cycle away. You can not catch me, you can not touch me. I have punched on drivers windows and there better not be videos of me online acting like a prick. I have not given my permission to be filmed and it is directly against privacy laws that must be in place to protect people that do not want to be filmed. If bribes/inducement paid and I may reconsider my position of being filmed, otherwise I would be looking into legal action for slander.

This is one of the funniest comments I have ever read on a website. If VGCHARTZ wasn't so irrelevant, this would become a meme on the same level as the "What did you just say to me? I'll have you know I'm an Ex Navy Seal..." meme

You live in the United Kingdom, so your privacy laws should mirror Australia's very closely... And the general consensus is... If you are out in the public domain, you are allowed to be filmed or photographed without prior permission.

In short... If someone has video/photographic evidence of you "acting like a prick". - Then it isn't slander as they this thing called "Evidence".
