Although, if people ever doubt it would sell incredibly well ... then I can't save them :P

As for digital, might as well wait for the numbers by Rockstar/T2 themselves.

I mention digital because retailer copies selling out will lead to even more buying digital. Whether that's buying a digital code from a store or straight from psn.

Sometimes, I wonder if some publishers might just limit their physical stock just to push some people over the digital ... scummy but still crafty if it were to be confirmed (actually it wouldn't surprise me much)

I'm sure in some cases they do, but I doubt it's something thats done all too often though because it would be a very risky move.

I doubt it. They can only ship what retailers send and retailers are very wary they don't get left with way too many copies.

But I've seen a retailer getting it's shipment halved by the supplier for apparently no reason.

Production issues ? Too much demand ? Or could it be them sabotaging physical sales for the larger profit of digital sales ?

I honestly don't know but I doubt rockstar are actively trying to kill off retailers. There digital ratio is likely already really high.
