An interesting stat i seen over on resetera.com. Would make you think that Sony and Microsoft shouldn't get too worried about next gen consoles running all games in 4k.

Yeah, but how many of them play in 1440p?

Some games on the PS4pro & Xbox One X are in 4k.... so that number has to be higher than 0%.

Anyways 4k is overated, as DLSS by nvidia proves (its a 1440p image thats upscaled with A.I to look like 4k, and it can beat txaa on 4k in certain games)
As much as some people here dislike Checkerboarding technique, I think Sony was forwards thinking.

Look how many have since copied the concept.
Nvidia proves though theres smarter ways to do these techniques, but maybe native 4k isnt as important as people think it is.

Display ratio is regarding Windows display is it not? My Windows is set to 1080p but when I play games I play at 1440p.

I can't say this means anything of much other than most people have their Windows display at 1080p which is not a surprise at all.

Using Steam survey results for a topic like this must be the result of boredom or the desire to gloat/start crap when the user typically shares far less interest in the survey in general, as well as the platform and one of it's storefronts...
