isnt the popularity for yokai in the west like really bad? I know they thought it would take off like pokemon,but it seems like it just fizzled

Localizations are always good, but surely they know it's gonna bomb horribly. Didn't even announce this in the direct.

Seems like a poor idea. Would think it would be better to focus on a franchise relaunch in the west when a Switch-version happens

Honestly, I'm questioning the priorities of their localization teams. If Level-5 can get Ni no Kuni 2 out simultaneously worldwide, why can't they do the same for Yo-Kai Watch 4? (I know that Nintendo is most likely handling localization here, but this is still mind-boggling to me)

Thats probably it....  Nintendo often do odd things, to say the least. Which to be fair is also one of the charms.

If no one else than atleast I shall enjoy it.

Its annouyed me that we havnt gotten the 3rd one already, and I hate when they (companies) do this, they release a 4th or such, and leave the EU/NA market without the chance to play one of the earlier in the installments.
