If sony is still selling vita, then 3DS definitely deserves to remain on shelves. I think by principal, Nintendos should continue selling 3ds as long as sony sells the vita anywhere in the world. And besides 3ds is basically all profit right now for Ninty so they would be insane to discontinue it even if it sold a lot less.

I haven't seen a brand new Vita for sale at a retail store in like 2 or 3 years, pretty sure Sony quietly discontinued it long ago.

Aqua, as per her NeoGaf posts for June, is mentioning that there will be a lot of interesting things to talk about for this past month (July), PS4 Pro's are hard to find (definitely a stock issue) and that LABO is a flop. Benji doesn't have insight on August since he had a child but mentioned that the release schedule for the summer for the xbox1 and PS4 has been weak (something I've been echoing here) |
LABO isn't a flop though. It sold in the millions

To be fair in June Switch didnt had high quality exclusive and sales were even more impressive, around 50% up compared to last year.

True but it did have a competent exclusive in Mario Tennis and a smattering of 3rd party games released rapid fire in the second hald of the month.

I expect Switch to remains either weekly flat or with a slight decrease MoM in August.

Mario Tennis Aces isnt high quality exclusive, and there is not doubt about 3rd party, June had plenty of 3rd party games including Fortnite for instance and they definitely affected Switch sales, my point is that Swithch dont need to have high quality exclusive in order to have good month, can have good month with generaly good lineup of games that doesnt need to include high quality exclusive.
