I think you guys are taking his post too literally. What he was trying to say was there is a lot of diversity in the U.S. and just like any other country we have our stupid and smart people. A lot of the comments were just for the sake of humor. I'm not going to lie though, some of the stereotypes had an element of truth to them but of coarse people will usually not abide. Just look at the average IQ of people living in the U.S by state.

What I want to know is, how do they get these average IQ scores. Unless a great % of people in every state do IQ tests then this is mostly theoretical.

 Well then test studies for medications conducted by the food and drug administration illegitimate too. The only way to gather data is to take a random group of testers, maybe 10,000 or so from each state, and have them take the same IQ test. You think the data turned up the way it did by chance? Taking a group for representation is surprisingly more accurate than you would think. Look at primary ballots in the U.S. Even when only ten percent of the votes are in, the final results are proportionate to the percentages in the beginning.

Its really sad how a lot of people in the US (especially in the Deep South) are illiterate. Its almost unimaginable how people can go their entire lives without knowing how to read or write.

I like it for vacation, but wouldn't want to live there. too much violence and stuff and people hate americans around the world.

I've been to florida, hawaii, denver, new york, and maybe more and I like them.
