as far as sales, here's the problem with 360 sequels like fable 2:

it's more than likely that over 15~ million people experienced gran turismo on the PS2, now, when they see a commercial or something the internet saying that gran turismo 5 is coming to the PS3, they buy a PS3 because they enjoyed the last game so much. thats over 15 million potential customers.

with fable 2, maybe 3 million people experienced it last generation, so it pales in comparison.

as far as sales go for 08-09, PS3 has the 360 100% tromped.

as far as quality, thats slightly more subjective, but i'd say the PS3 has 100% tromped the 360 for the rest of its lifespan as far as exclusives, unless Microsoft pulls some AAA new IP's out of its ass.

2007 was the PS3's worst year, it can only get better from here.

Well of course the 09 PS3 lineup is better than 08 PS3 lineup. Cause in playstation land, things get better when they are further in the future and worse when they are near.

There is just as high a possibility Sony moneyhats those sites.  Lets not forget Sony snuck DRM into CD's without telling people, and made laptop batteries that blow up.  Don't pretend they are ethically untouchable.

But I just want you to remember forever something you said here.

"I know using their numbers works better for your false claims."  You just admitted that an aggregate score website works better for the 360 than the PS3.  I want you to always remember that. 


There is possibility for sony as well but most of these unkown revie- websites are US based and like 360 better.So they are highly critical of any PS3 game ,,for example,we even have a member here that's a game reviewer (on this website) with extreme bias against PS3(and no I m not gonna name who but most poeple already know),,so PS3 can easily get lower grades for this mater unitll they pass the 360 user base in US.

I don't  know what you mean ,,but I can see 360 has number of games above 90  in metacritics site I am not blind,,and I am not saying they don't deserve  it,,cause I love most of those games my self,,,but PS3 also has some AAA excluisves but due to reason explained those unkown websites have dragged the score lower than 90.

Heavy Rain: Know nothing, there has only been a tech demo.

Killzone 2: The first game was a shocker, this game has faced fake movies, delays, rumours of mediocrity and budget blowouts.

 


You always do this. Killzone 2 has never been delayed.

It was my understanding that about 18 months ago there was still hope that Killzone 2 would see a 2007 release?  At least amongst the gaming community.

lol. Right. Things have changed in the last 6 months buddy. Games got delayed etc. The 360's 2008 line-up is now easily comparable to the PS3's, more diverse, and some would argue, better.

Hey now. You can have the first but the last two are subjective. I think the PS3/360 match up well genre to genre though. Some people consider Bioshock and Call of Duty all the diversity they need enough though they are in the same genre.

Certainly you can't which is better, b/c many games have yet to come out and near have a lot to prove! (ex. Fable 2, Too Human, Banjo Kazooie 3, White Knight Story, Heavy Rain, Killzone 2, etc.)

Fable 2:  First game scored high, previews at and since GDC were all very good, innovative Co-op and AI.

Too Human:  New IP, could go either way.  Started out with poor previews a year ago, now they are all good.

Banjo Kazooie 3:  First two were AAA or close, this game is being made by the original team. It should also be noted that Rare haven't developed an AAA game since they left Nintendo.

WKS:  Only limited information on this game.  Could go either way, repetitive looking combat (though that holds for all JRPG's). I conveniently forgot to say that WKS is being developed by Level 5. One of the best JRPG developers on the planet. 

Heavy Rain:  Know nothing, there has only been a tech demo.

Killzone 2:  The first game was average, this game has faced fake movies, no delays, rumours from Surfergirl of mediocrity and budget blowouts. However, a trailer shown at E3 07 blew the media representatives away.

First. Not posting ps3 discussions in the sony section leaves it open to trolling. Second. I'm hoping along with gow3 I get syphon filter 4 and jet moto 4.
