as far as sales, here's the problem with 360 sequels like fable 2:
it's more than likely that over 15~ million people experienced gran turismo on the PS2, now, when they see a commercial or something the internet saying that gran turismo 5 is coming to the PS3, they buy a PS3 because they enjoyed the last game so much. thats over 15 million potential customers.
with fable 2, maybe 3 million people experienced it last generation, so it pales in comparison.
as far as sales go for 08-09, PS3 has the 360 100% tromped.
as far as quality, thats slightly more subjective, but i'd say the PS3 has 100% tromped the 360 for the rest of its lifespan as far as exclusives, unless Microsoft pulls some AAA new IP's out of its ass.
2007 was the PS3's worst year, it can only get better from here.
