Ok guys I know PS3 exclusives in 08 are awesome and it's a hard job to top it,,but bb looking at 09 line up ,I say Sony is gonna do it

 

09 Exclusives:

FFXIII

FF VS XIII

White knight chronicles(possibly 08)

Star Ocean 4(it's not confirmed a PS3 exclusive yet) 

GT5 

God of war 3

Afrika (possibly 08)

ICO's new game

Getaway 3(maybe 08)

eight days

 Heavy rain(possibly 08)

Uncharted 2

 

 

Let me know If I am missing some thing..

I think so. 2008 was going to be the year of the PS3 until the games were delayed to 2009. Now the games (FF, GT, GoW3 etc) are all coming in 2009. So I agree with your thread.

I'm particularly looking forward to the ICO game, but Star Ocean 4 is far from confirmed for PS3. I already highlighted why there is a lot of doubt over that game's platform decisions in the other thread spartan.

Let me get out my crystal ball...

It's difficult to say without being able to know exactly what's going to be released this year vs next, but if the PS3 continues to sell very well and the software library fills out, I can imagine that 2009 will be better than 2008.

What is GOW 3?  It couldn't be Gears of War 3, because that will definitely not be an exclusive for the PS3 unless GOW 2 bombs on the 360.

09 is better for me personally because I can get my FFXIII (Japanese version or not) at least.

as for the rest... I'm going to wait until Dec 09 to be the judge of that.

If FFXIII and GOW3 come out then I say yes, because those are the main reasons I bought a PS3.
