It's not a perfect game, and i'm still deciding on just how much i'd rate it, but I'd say it deserves it.

Well it has been in development for 3 years now. So if it does come out late next year or early 2020 then it makes sense for them to be polishing it. 4-4.5 years for a game to be developed with an already established and ready engine seems like a good amount of time. 

That's great, but considering games like Mario Odyssey were done almost 9 months before their release, and that Cory Balrog talked about finishing the first full playthrough of GOW back in like Jan 2017 ... I just can't be too optimistic about release dates anymore xD Polishing phase ... probably 10 months from now at the earliest unfortunately.

In terms of new game announcement this a lack luster year for Sony but in terms of games release Sony did a wonderful job this year.
Although we have VGA to surprise us. Hopefully Sony has 1 or 2 new game announcements.
