Yeah, Switcher combined with Activity Cards will probably do the trick.
According to Ryan Biniecki: "As of right now, there's no quick resume. As far as I know, this feature is definitely coming so it could be a firmware update." (8m 21s into this video)
My one concern about Demon's Souls is that he keeps repeating that Performance Mode 'targets' 60fps. I hope it's actually stable.

The DF video I saw the impression was always 60fps.

Speaking of frame rate, I hope RE: Village will offer a performance mode with 60fps as an alternative to the mode with ray tracing.
I wonder what's going with Yakuza: Like a dragon? Sega has delayed the game indefinitely for Xbox Series S/X in Japan. Hopefully the PS5 version remains as is.
