Digital. I know there's a code in the physical, but I can't find where to go otherwise. I tried managing content, looking in my list, etc. I bought the right version of the game (The digital Deluxe one that clearly states I get Miles morales AND the Remastered Spider-Man game), and it says purchased, but it isn't letting me buy or download Spider-Man.

I'm going to wear headphones from now on whenever I watch a stream with a tempest audio game.

That's still 3 days earlier than me. And that's if I'm lucky enough to receive mine at launch xD

Did you try to enter to "buy it again" either the Deluxe or SM Remastered? Because some games when you buy it will show more than one box to tick what content you want to download. Perhaps if you go on to pretend to buy again you may find it. Another way would be to well use the app to see if you can find it and ask it to install in you PS5. Or in last case try to download on your PS4 and then add to your library so you can download on PS5. I know none of this is practical, but that is what I can think of solutions without facing the problem myself.

I wouldn't say it's important but for a month Reddit r/PS5 has been begging Sony to deliver a unit early to Ryan for unboxing and testing. They didn't. Though now he finally has one after buying it himself.

Considering many YT got one and he have a good following and spread Sony good news he should have received one.
