Not sure what your problem is. Wii or PS3, as long as it isn't the 360, you'll get it.

Still, it is amazing to see the effects of ownership on peoples' perceptions.

Sadly I do.  

Maybe Nintendo was wrong.  When given the choice, it seems that everyone becomes a graphic wh*re.  I guess people are just happy to make do with the same thing over and over with just prettier graphics.

Who knows.   I too may become the same as you in the future wishing for every game to be on the PS3 because it's prettier.  That's a sad thought though.

I think that they are in negotiations with Sony and M$ over exclusivity

That statement defies all logic.

You are basically saying that given the choice you would rather have worse graphics. You are also using the kind of magical thinking common to Wii owners by suggesting that improved graphics negatively affect gameplay.

The most innovative and original gameplay mechanic I've encountered so far this generation can be found in Portal. I haven't seen anything comparable on the Wii. To paraphrase you: I guess people are just happy to make do with the same thing over and over with just added waggle. That's a sad thought though.

tri-Ace has not released a multi-plat game yet, so I don't think it will be multi.

This is the game that could push me to buy a 360, I own every tri-Ace game released to date.
