As a dutch guy myself and an avid follower of the league. I´d say he´s pretty good. Some friends of mine are Groningen supporters and they say in training he is easily the best around next to Doan and Mahi who are their star players at the moment. He´s a talent and a hard worker if he gets the time (Which Im sure Wagner will give him as I really rate him as a manager) He´ll become a good player for you. |
but seeing we talk about being one of the betters in the squad of groningen my view on him is "meh", he might surprise but i doubt it very much

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.
To attack is nearly useless in this tournament unless you face someone like Panama or Saudi Arabia.
Teams are much better off going for counter-attacks or fouls and penalty kicks.
Portugal will be kicking Morocco out at this point.

Seems like it. Nevermind football is becoming ugly and boring. I hope that at least the World Cup winner is a team that plays decent football.
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Once matches cannot end in a tie anymore, the attacking part will become more important again

Portugal played well enough, they clearly just wanted to score one and then park the bus. Results are results.
Ronaldo still needs at least two more goals to be almost certain of a golden boot, so here's hoping he manages.

We haven't had a team playing decent football yet, maybe Russia but no one realy believes Russia will get far or Belgium but they played the worst team in the tournament.
I laughed my ass off at Pepe flying across the pitch when Benatia slapped him on the shoulder near the end of the match!

Martin Keone was co commentator on BBC, he laughed at it and said if he did that back in the day with someone like Shearer, he'd be laughed at and walked over.
Game wasn't the best. Portugal's aging central defence needs to change. Fonte isn't the footballer he was when he was with Saints, he's playing in China now and Pepe is old. The need to get some youth in, build on on the left back and Cedric, get Periera and Rui in there for the future.
Hmm, pie.
