No, that revision was wound in Switch OS data few months ago, so that means that they will start shipping them soon, most likly in few months latest.

They typically don't take that long. The Wii also had a boot ROM exploit and Nintendo released a revision within months. With Switch there are already references to a Tegra 214 (the current one is 210) in the firmware indicating that it could be slipped into production soon.



I think developers that make their game a hassle to play should be concerned. Piracy is mostly an issue when doing something the honest way isn't the easiest way to do it.
