There's a lot of reasonable common sense on that list, unless someone can throw hundreds of knives a minute, hundreds of feet lol.

They have "No Lifeguard on Duty" signs, to indicate when you can't swim in certain places, and you can't swim, at all, without supervision.

There are laws against knowingly infecting people with STIs; it's true and very illegal!

Common sense, huh?

Knives can be devastating if used to their strengths. If you charge at people head-on and yell, you'll end up like a raider in fallout with a pool stick.

That's false. No lifeguard on duty means swim at your own risk. You can still swim at beaches, rivers and lakes regardless of lifeguards.

In their infinite wisdom, lefties in California have decriminalized knowingly giving others deadly STDs.

*shrugs

I think this comparison is unfair, but you should know that it's hilarious imagery.

Admittedly, the swimming laws are highly variable: sometimes, you get fined for swimming in a certain area, without oversight, running the facility without proper oversight, etc.

The decriminalization of failing to disclose HIV status was moronic on its surface, but I'm not sure what underlied that decision.
