im more excited for killzone 2. yes the first resistance was a great game, better than halo imo, but killzone 2 looks amazing. its the kind of futuristic shooter ive been waiting for, and this time it looks like it will truly crush halo 3.

I will end up getting resistance 2, but ill be playing killzone 2 more

i'm 100% sure Resistance will be good, but Killzone is a complete question mark beside it loook great.

Resistance 2 is more of a sure thing, but I'm way more hyped for Killzone 2.

The Killzone franchise, especially Killzone 2, just oozes style, and so far most of my complaints with the original Killzone (texture pop-in being the chief among those) have been solved as of the E307 demo. I really think that Killzone 2 will be a great game.

Of course, the R2 demo tonight could change that.

Although this is just another dopey troll thread it does illustrate how sites like EGM/1Up, Eurogamer, etc will trash Killzone 2. By giving feint praise to R2 they can feel free to trash K2. The bitterness from last year's E3 realtime gameplay demo runs deep in the Xbox fan and media base.

K2 will make it a tough choice for GotY 08 between it, R2, and MGS4.

Anyway, I expect R2 to be better, but I love the duck-n-cover system that KZ created (and Gears of War used). If they improve upon that system yet again, I will probably enjoy KZ2 more.

In the FPS/TPS arena, Gears of War has to be one of my favorites. For all the reasons KZ2 will be fun.

I think Killzone 2 will be amazing. With the amount of money they're spending on it combined with more experience (coming from Killzone 1's fail) now for Geurilla Games, I don't see how it could fail.
