ok im black , and ive researched black history asian history etc tec. why is it that black people can say black power or asians can say asian pride but white people cant say white power or white pride

i think its because black power was used in the 50's 60's 40's as a meaning that black peopel are equal to whites. but today i really think its ignorant to use black power.  whereas white power is used as a term that white people are superior to all otehr races which is garbage,

 can you say white pride? i find white pride kind of funny. you can see yoru proud to be italian or german or w/e but white pride sounds wrong. 

so what do you think the idfference between asianpride/black power is vs white power or white pride? 

It's because 'black pride' and 'Asian pride' are about raising peoples self esteem, and white pride is a bunch of cockless wankers(a difficult situation) that think because they know how to shout the word nigger at every opportunity that they are better that everybody else.

I'm a white guy. My people have never suffered at the hands of another ethnicity. I've never been left wanting as those of another race have been entitled to everything. I've never had to fear discrimination and I know that I'm far more likely to make more money, get in to elected office and stay out of prison.

I assume you are referring to the US. The history of our country is why. Basically the Caucasian majority has discriminated against minorities of other ethnicities at certain points in our country's past. This has lead to a situation where we cannot have an honest discussion on race because its such a touchy subject. Anytime a person of Caucasian descent says "White Power" images of the KKK and Skin Heads come to mind whether that was their intent or not.

^ Indeed. White power or Pride brings to mind the true racists of White Supremacy. Sure other groups can be racist, like Obama's pastor and the like. That is why you never hear about White Pride or White Power.

Can we yell "Jew power"? Are we cool with that? They are a largely white race that has suffered plenty. JEW POWER!

Why can black people have Ebony, Black Entertainment Television, United Negro College Fund?

What if we had Cracker magazine? White Entertainment Television? United White College Fund (Which only helped out white's)?

It's probably got something to do with the fact that "White power" and "White supremacy" are often phrases you'd here coming out of a KKK member's mouth... or Winston Churchill's.

Being Jewish isn't necessarily a race. It can be but it can also be just your religion of choice. Sammy Davis Jr. was Jewish.

 I guess white pride would be confusing because it encompasses so many ethnicities with pale skin...but I guess black pride is the same way...not every black person is African...
