I don't know which was the worst (gamegear was pretty bad) but one of the biggest design flaws was the original GBA. I thought it had some good games but the lack of a backlight was so stupid. I sold mine after a few months because it was so frustrating getting the right angle with enough light.

Virtual Boy was a huge fail just one colour on screen= red. Just looking at it can cause blindness. That is undoubtedly Nintendo's worst console of all time. Virtual Boy is by far a lot worse than the Game Cube.
