You want to take planet Earth to the court room because of a storm? Everyone is effected by that storm, and not everyone will feel the same way.

The paralyzed person lacks freedom of movement due to a disability, but they still have their natural and legal rights. If it was caused from an accident by another person, then that person will be held accountable. Therefore liberty is a relation among persons IMO.

Wouldn't they have lost their natural rights? They've lost their freedom of movement and ability to properly survive on their own.

right they lost the freedom of movement, but they still have legal rights, and they have options for treatments, even experimental ones. There is still hope.
