There's significantly more bundles available for PS4 and Xbone, spreading both new sales and resales across multiple SKUs. The Switch has 2 bundles readily available for anything resembling a reasonable price (Mario Odyssey bundle is being scalped if you can even get it), thus consolidating it's sales and resales to just those two systems. This likely explains some of the ranking issues.
But you also have to remember that gaps are created by how many products fall between two items. It's entirely possible the gap in units between 1 and 20 is very, very small (theoretically as low as 2). That's why Amazon is used to predict NPD rankings NOT gaps.
