PAOerfulone said: July 21st/Week 29 numbers have been added. NOW the PS4 is officially down YoY by over 1 million units. And with Dragon Quest XI's release coming up on Week 30, that gap is only going to get much, much wider. The Nintendo Switch is down this week, YoY, due to week 29 of last year being the release of Splatoon 2, boosting (at the time) supply constrained hardware exponentially, especially in Japan. However, hardware sales dipped the next 2 weeks, and if hardware sales continue to maintain at the 200k level, it should make up the ground in no time and continue to add to its lead. Xbox One just continues to cruise and build its YoY lead. |
Small error with huge effect: In the yearly switch total change, you put the console at -1.2M instead of +1.2M
