With PS4 seeming to hover around the $279 mark, I could see a $249 drop early on this year until the holidays, and a $229 holiday price. For holiday deals I could see a $199 bundle with a couple games. I don't see PS4 having to worry about XB next holiday, based on the existing hardware trend, however, if Switch takes off like Nin is forecasting, I think you will see PS get more aggressive with their pricing and bundles holiday 2018. I think it depends as much on price as it does how well Switch sells. 95 million is doable, but I wouldn't say it's a given by any means.
