Right now it's Botw with 225 hours. Xenoblade 2 is coming close to it.

After finishing X2, I can finally sink my time into Splatoon 2, which I have regretfully passed over for other games.

Currently it is Splatoon, with over 230 hours total (half of which is Salmon Run most likely) but I would guess inside of a month it will be Xenoblade Chronicles 2, I am knocking on 200 hours in that and despite beating the game, I am looking for all the unfinished side quests and blade missions I didn't get previously.

For me Zelda is still way ahead of everything, though I've been getting into XBC2 a lot recently, my top games are:

1) Legend of Zelda: BotW +255 hours
2) Xenoblade Chronicles 2 +60 hours 
3) Super Mario Odyssey +45 hours
4) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe +35 hours
5) Splatoon 2 +25 hours
5) Fire Emblem Warriors +25 hours

I spent a lot of last year playing through my retro backlog though, this year I expect to be more focused on the Switch.
