Where is the remaining 9,6%? Nintendo want kids being bad at math?

If we're talking software then you might as well say Sony have won before even looking at the figures. On hardware there is actually a chance they'll lose every now and then

Damn, I just perused your PSN account. You have 70% game completion, so I can't help but wonder... Do you hesitate to play a game that you may not be interested in completing because it will lower your percentage, or is that a completely natural amount? From the looks of it, I'd think maybe you even had a back-up account to play games you didn't plan to acquire many trophies for.

Either way, very impressive.  I haven't checked my own percentage, but on Steam it's around 25%, as there are so many games I never finish (or barely even start).

Un-painted.

Really we should be looking at profits over the short term and long term. That is what the companies are doing.

It seemed like it was counting the pontuation, but understood.

It's a bit of both actually. I do have a back up account (used to be my main) but started a new one aiming for 100% completion on it. Unfortunately I'm a bit behind on that, but no unattainable trophies yet so it's still possible. My old account (with only 41% completion) https://psnprofiles.com/Ka-Pi96

My Steam one is similar to yours though, 28%

I need you to coach me on how to better manage my backlog. Every time something new comes out that I'm interested in playing, I buy it, and in many cases abandon the other game(s) that I was playing. I bought World of Final Fantasy and played for maybe an hour before something else came along. And I haven't finished Persona 5 either, which is a travesty.

I'm a mess!

I need a device that throws all my games both physical and digital into a mixer and it selects a game for me to play to the finish.

When Horizon Zero Dawn launch PS4 was probably at around 50-55 million I think? If it's launch PS4 was at say 20 million the attachment ratio would have been so much smaller. So when the Last of Using Part 2 launches in 2019 and hardware is at 80+ million you can almost guarantee the first week launch numbers are going to be huge. I think Hardware and Software compliment each other well. Look at Fifa and COD for crying out loud. And GTA5
