UK trade magazine Develop released its fourth annual Develop 100 list Thursday, which showed Kyoto, Japan-based Nintendo on top after three consecutive years of domination by EA Canada.Develop said games out of Nintendo's Kyoto and Tokyo studios generated £129.83 million in revenues in the UK, up nearly 200 percent year-on-year. Nintendo appeared at number 28 four years ago.

The top US studio on the list was Call of Duty 4 developer Infinity Ward (#5), which generated £39.6 million at UK retail last year, topping even Halo 3 house Bungie (#8), which generated £31.45 million. The Sims developer Maxis landed in between the two at number seven with £36.84 million.
Develop compiled the list in association with Philips amBX and Sheridans using data from sales tracking firm ChartTrack.
