Forums - Microsoft Discussion - PUGB on XB1 drops to 4fps, issues also on XB1X- Digital Foundry

Uh, no I didn’t. I laughed (mightily) at the idea that instead of a robust, traditional SP career mode with events and progression, that people could just race single races and “make up their own” career mode. And I laughed at that because it’s fucking dumb as hell. Like telling someone who wasn’t happy that SFV had no arcade story mode at launch that they could just make custom fights and write their own story.

Of course, what exactly does that have to do with PUBG or a workaround some can use if they’re experiencing frame rates that drop too low for their liking?

It's not dumb as hell, especially when there IS a 20-30 hours single player campaign in the game already. There is just a lot more content, you just need to build the races you want yourself, where is the problem?!

In case you haven't noticed, due to the complains the next December update will bring back the traditional style career anyway.

And like I said in the thread actually dedicated to the update, it’s a good start to something resembling an actual GT game. Still not sure what any of this has to do with PUBG though.

You see a issue with someone having to enter Arcade, select the track and type of car but doesn't see a problem with changing HDD and turning off features of the console to make a game work... you really are precious. GTS have nothing to do with PUBG, but your behavior, the one you swear is neutral.

The difference is PUBG is a popular game and GTS is a shell of it's former glory.

Call me when PUBG has sold more on X1 than GTS has on PS4. Week 1 numbers are definitely less.

It sold more on PC? Or doesn't PC exist in comparisons?

Microsoft is intentionally setting up the haters to eat crow. They already did this once with Halo way back in the day. As a preview, they had Halo displayed running at maybe 6 of 7 fps. And when the game was finally released, it was running just fine. The same thing is happening here. So now you've been warned.

Pretty sure it's already over a million in 3 days.  Brother got ranked yesterday 745,000.  That was just the NA server.

...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

Still I see no relevance to the point, is something like the sales determining the quality?

So they shoot their own foot to show how good they are?
