So the numbers have been confirmed to be similar to what was said earlier except better for PS4 and Switch and possibly worse for XB1?

It's funny that on the venturebeat report they think it's more likely for Nintendo to have a major revision one year after they released their console while PS4 having made Pro one year prior or being 2 years since it and Slim when November 2018 arrives... there is great chance of Slimmier version of PS4 or Pro or X1S... X1X probably won't see a revision next year.

Yea, that's crazy.  I don't even see Nintendo doing an XL version, either, as that would increase costs quite a bit.  I think they got Switch the way they want it.  I mean, we may get a slightly altered Switch with a better GPU in 2-3 years, but next year would be nuts.  Personally, I think the next HW revision is going to be a PS4 Pro Slim.  X is most likely not going to get one, as it is already pretty small.  The S may get smaller, but we'll see.

Why such a low ranking for Super Mario Odyssey, sure its only on 1 platform and no digital, though Switch has a lower digital rate than the other 2 consoles, but still if you look at Amazon its killing it.

I'm beginning to think Amazon is heavily Switch Biased, if you look at November on Amazon, then switch easily beats PS4, but in reality from NPD ps4>Switch 2:1

Totally agree, but maybe just making it bigger on screen will allow they to save on other components.

Why? Because it sold lower than the others. Consider BF a deals month and that other games were tied to consoles selling almost 3M when put together.

When they have a new release with pre-orders and selling about 650k at 500USD it was likely that MS would have the highest revenue. But yes this confirms the ranking and some of the numbers.

Both the PS4 and XB1 also had their best months in units this generation. If I'm right that means PS4 > 1582k and XB1 > 1511k

Edit: Article got updated to say XB1 didn't have it's best month, but best November. So XB1 > 1296k (seeing some people say >1376k, but from what I can find that was December 2015)

All those because bickering about the original leaks will probably be mute because the confirmed numbers doesn't favor the point they were making.

Only for PR reason... the revenue isn't more important than the profit.

There are some users here that go to resetera and bring numbers... the genesis of this month thread came from leaks on resetera.

What numbers? There hasn't been any for awhile now.

I'm hoping for a Switch with a D-pad Joy-con and more storage space. A dock that won't scratch the Switch would be nice, too.
