They actually did keep in touch. People from Factor 5 started working on streaming apps. They have recently worked on Hulu for the Nintendo Switch.

What killed the Factor 5 Star Wars Wii game was licensing and politics. Also Lair.

That would be awesome... Rogue Squadron 2 for the Gamecube is easily one of the most underappreciated games of that generation. It still looks great to this day.
