Lol, my daughter is 6 and 7mos, though she mostly watches cartoons, especially My Little Pony, (yeah calm your tits Bronies if you guys are here).

Not new Mario games but hacked emulation... yeah forget all that and buy the kid either a New 2DS or Switch, it is difficult to reign kids in when they start too early on the emulation stuff.
