I must admit i preferred R/B/Y over G/S/C. I actually didn't like gen 2 very much, although i loved the remake!

DON'T WIN ME CHIBI BUDDY DON'T WIN ME.

ANIMAL CROSSING NEW LEAF FRIEND CODE:- 5129 1175 1029. MESSAGE ME.
ANDY MURRAY:- GRAND SLAM WINNER!

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!

For the DS yeah, but also playable on 3DS! And there doesn't need to be a Crystal remake, the Gold/Silver remakes weren't really missing anything anyways. They're without doubt the definitive set of Pokemon games set in Johto.

I don't want a set, I want a single thing!
Always loved those third versions, dropping them was were I started to stop caring for the franchise.
I still remember those Pokemon Grey rumors... XP

HG/SS include Crystal storyline

Final Fantasy Adventure? Really?? BraLoD pls. Just, palm trees, an 8.

Otherwise, really interesting top 10 for the GB xD

Got it?

Gameboy had some other games I loved peope might not know, as Dead Heat Scramble, Catrap, Motocross Maniacs (that one was more popular), Tom and Jerry (I remember trying to get everything on that game was insane for lil' me), Batman and some other ones.
Had a lot of fun with the Gameboy.

Yeah, I def don't know those. You know a lot of obscure titles, haha.

I actually forgot the names of some of the games I used to play on the gameboy, some are pretty hard to find without a name, as describing them are pretty hard, lol, sometimes I watch some massive compilations on youtube of short clips of old games and find them there but forget their name later again XD
That's a good way to find old games, if you remember the platform just throws something like "best 100 gameboy games" and watch close some random videos and you might find it, XD.
I also loved a rom hack that had the protagonist switched with Mario from Super Mario Land 2 and was weird as fuck, I think the rom hack was named Super Mario Land 4, if you are interested, it was built up over Crayon Shin-Chan 4, which is obviously also pretty fun.
Mario throws mushrooms and collect rupies, he beat up frogs and penguins with helmets, for example, lol.

I actually didn't play a lot of GB since I lost mine as a kid, so I missed out on a lot of titles. I did play some, like Final Fantasy Legend 3. That title was pretty rad.

I checked out Mario Land 4, and it's definitely a funny hack, Mario's feet are huge for some reason, and he flaps his wings like he's trying to fly with the bunny ears. Him transforming into yoshi was also odd, haha.

To me:

1. Pokemon gen 1&2
2. Mario: 6 Golden Coins
3. Zelda: Link's Awakening
4. Wario Land
5. Kirby Dream Land

I just came here to say that Link's Awakening is such a fantastic game and love it. Imagine thinking that LA is mediocre.

You can quote me if you want.

What did you dislike about Link's Awakening?

Link's Awakening was the game that got me fully into gaming to begin with. It holds a special place in my top 5 games of all time. It still influences how I go about creating my own work today, such a great little game.
