Forums - Sales - Amazon U.S. November bestsellers and general Amazon-based discussion

Just getting out of Walmart. They definitely had almost twice as much stock as the XBO. Not sure if that's how it is at other stores, but if it is, Sony isn't messing around.

Also ps vr sold out at best buy

Everything is selling out. Looks like sub $200 is the sweet spot.

I know Gamestop online isn't a good indicator of sales trajectory... but right now, it is Playstation overdrive.

What's is the order?

Walmart, Amazon and then Gamestop? Toy 4us? Best Buy? Target?

In Us?

I'm guessing Amazon doesn't know exactly when they will have PS4's in, since they keep changing the date. My guess is Sony is going to try and get them more by Fri. All I know is Sony definitely got out a lot of stock. Amazon had enough for it to become #1 for the month and surpass the X, with its preorders. It's going to be like that everywhere. $199 really is that sweet spot.

Sweet spot? There is no sweet spot, it's just a matter of lower prices translating to higher sales.

Wait till there’s the $149 deal.

It sold high because they shipped low? That makes a ton of sense........

Switch sales will continue to grow next year and into 2019 as its evergreen titles continue to push sales, more major releases appear such as Pokemon & Smash Bros, better value bundles start to appear, first price cut happens and likely a revision.

It makes sense if you read what he said. He said those who would have bought it in its first month had to wait to buy it later. Had the demand been met in the first month, sales wouldn’t have been as high in the other months.

Sure and the same thing could be said for PS2, Wii, PS4 or any extremely popular console.

It doesnt change the fact that Switch is going strong and there are no signs of it slowing down anytime soon.
