the XB1X released in November. that's launch plus preorders. And that put it at an Amazon yearly sales rank of #52.

The $199 PS4 also launched in November. and right now it's on a yearly sales rank of #54 after about 2 days on the market. 

if by the next yearly update it's shown to be with a rank higher than the XB1X, then it means that PS4 sku alone has outsold the XB1X (at least on Amazon) and the XB1x even on the monthly chart is MS best selling sku.

Well, its #54 ranking takes sales up to yesterday into account since the 2017 chart only updates daily. Considering that the Scorpio edition is only 2 places ahead, the next update should definitely show the PS4 ahead. The question is by how much the PS4 will jump ahead?

PS4 will be back in stock, you can still order it. Sales from the past 3 days aren't going to disappear. Then there's sales from other stores which it's still in stock. I have to wonder if some of you are joking with these post. Such downers. :/

I have no doubt the PS4 slim will sell better than the Xbox One X in November but the Xbox One S will also sell better than the X and added together I can see it do better than the PS4 (Slim + Pro)

Otherwise PS4 has a stock problem at Best Buy too, only available in December for shipping.

it will be in stock November 30 according to amazon.

The stock problem at Best Buy only refers to the online store. The B&M stores still have PS4s in stock.

You also have to take into account that GameStop still makes the plurality of the market share and will offer a $199 PS4 with a $50 gift card. This is the second best BF deal in terms of value to Kohl's $199 PS4 with $60 Kohl's cash.

Not down on the actual situation.  Just a little sad that we can't get more of a correlation to what is happening in the wider world, that being in stock till at least tomorrow would have brought.  The restock actually comes in December's NPD period and outside the black Friday rush.

I'm guessing Amazon doesn't know exactly when they will have PS4's in, since they keep changing the date. My guess is Sony is going to try and get them more by Fri. All I know is Sony definitely got out a lot of stock. Amazon had enough for it to become #1 for the month and surpass the X, with its preorders. It's going to be like that everywhere. $199 really is that sweet spot.

The way its been doing on Amazon, i have no doubt it's selling just as well, if not more, everywhere else. Tomorrow especially at Gamestop, as Auru7541 pointed out.
