Forums - Sales Discussion - Amazon U.S. November bestsellers and general Amazon-based discussion

Gray Switch just moved up to #12, Neon Switch is still #5, and $199 PS4 is still #2.

Right now, I think #5+#12 > #2, but you can't forget about the other PS4 models that are charting, the Pro and Battlefront bundles, plus however much the CoD bundle sold. Also, the Mario Odyssey Switch was charting for a bit and I'd imagine is just somewhere outside the top 100.

Anyways, it's looking like it'll come down to Switch and PS4 again.

Poor Microsoft just can't catch a break.

That's what you gathered from his post? That Sony paid a random guy to go on a random gaming site and post a single post about their next year of gaming? You chose to go with this notion as opposed to the notion that he is simply excited for what PS holds in the next year of gaming? .....oooookay??

On Topic -  I think this month could go either way. Xbox has the X preorders. Sony has the BFII and CoD preorders (not sure how significant, if at all) as well as the $199 Fool's Edition currently tearing up the charts. The Switch will sell large amounts no matter what, but will demand out-weigh the Xbox preorders and Sony discounts and will Nintendo be able to supply the demand? Regardless of the questions, I am leaning towards - Switch>Xbox>PS4.

I don't know.......I'm recalling that there is something called a JOKE, but I must have have the wrong notion.

Hence why my post was of rhetorical questions since KLA's post was a joke meant to stir the pot. lol, which makes your post kinda ironic!

PS4 already #13 for November, top 5 by tomorrow?

Yep.... I dont think Xbox wins this NPD.

Xbox One X didnt do enough to win it I feel.

If Voodoo Vince couldn't do it back in April, i don't think the Xbox One X will do enough to win this month!

Oh and what about those Plus subscriptions lol

Nah i think ps4 and psn card at first are far ahead going by ps4 monthly placement from over top 100 to 13th in a day in the half

But, it's still ranked behind both Switch models, #9 and #12 respectively, and those sales add up, so altogether, the Switch could very easily be in the top 3-5, not counting the Mario Odyssey bundle. While the PS4's sales as of late have been very impressive, it only has a short amount of time to do it, with a lot of ground to make up.

That was fast... It has only been a day since it started.

Sony announced the $199 price two Friday's ago (November 10). Consumers have been waiting for this moment.

Won bet with t3mporary_126 - I correctly predicted that the Wii U's LTD at the end of 2014 would be closer to 9 million than 10 million. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=6673287

The deal lasts till the 27th of this month, i think anything can happen if the PS4 keeps selling like that!

Can we pretty much say that the PS4 is the Underdog this month?

Lots of people are expecting Xbox to win because of the Xbox One X and its Pre-Orders.

Lots of people are expecting the Switch to win because of Mario Odyssey and the hotness of the device.

The PS4 is sitting in the back quietly but doing its thing.

Id say the Biggest Upset should be the PS4 winning the NPD.

The Biggest Letdown should be the Xbox One losing it.

I know, though I was surprised that the PS4 didn't tank (as in exit the Top 100 entirely) when Sony made the announcement. I thought the $199 pricepoint would have the similar effect as the deals on the XB1S bundles.
