Heh, and Destiny being an online only game(or at least for the most part), once you get banned, you lose access to the game you bought with your own money.In another words, you are burning your own money for something you never did.Or you could say that Bungie is stealing your money.

Bungie has long stated that those players were banned because they had been flagged by other users.

It is using the Blizzard client and the blizzard servers. I would give the blame to blizzard here, they may say bungie but its blizzard infasrtucture who is handling the game and support.

Flagged for what? Whats they are banned for is what matters.
