Forums - Gaming - Lets compare video game backlogs and brag about all the amazing games we have but dont play

I have hundreds. I could list them all out. Maybe later. I'm guessing at least 200. Most likely more.

Gravity rush 2 and that’s it.
But I basically don’t play no way near as much as people on this forum do because gaming isn’t my only hobby/interest with me actively rock climbing aswell, but to be honest reading what some people’s backlogs are here I don’t have a clue how you’d even play all those games, it seems impossible unless you literally didn’t do anything other than game. I’ve only bought 4 games this year; gravity rush 2, Horizon, Hellblade and nier automata.

I can also assure you that there are people who have much bigger collections than me on this site.

Yeah, probably. Still,  800+ games sure are enough for an amazing collection. Congrats.

Im not even a collector, im just spoiled and everytime i see a sale im like "welp, cant pass up a great deal". I then buy it and proceed to only play Overwatch which i SUCK AT of course, rinse and repeat.

I envy you guys. I mean, in my country it´s impossible to find games for small prices . Even used common games costs a lot. It´s very, very rare to find anything on sale and even when there´s a sale, it´s probably just one or two games and the prices still won´t be low.

So even if I wanted to, I just wouldn´t be able buy cheap games impulsively. I choose carefully what and when to buy. Being a videogame collector in Brazil is just for the rich. Thankfully, after years and years of hard work and study I was able to have a job that allows me to enjoy gaming without consuming piracy, and build a small collection.

That sounds shitty man

About 300, give or take a few. There's just not enough time to play them all.

I went through a phase of having time and games but not wanting to play them. Now I'm going through a phase of always wanting to play but never having time.

I have about 60 or so, most of them are games that I started but haven't finished for one reason or another. A couple of years back I think I was close to 200.

With Steam games, I think I technically have around 400 games in my backlog

In the last 7 years i've sent about 45K on games and probably played 20 of them.

So you do the math lol. I have lost count, last time i counted it was over 400 game backlog. This was before the latest gen come out.

I probably have at least 10  games in my backlog, including Witcher I and II and Skyrim, and it doesn't shrink as I'm still stuck finishing Morrowind and Gothic II, the former particularly, each time I stop playing it for a while it becomes quite long to resume, for all the pending subquests (I have the GotY Edition, with official expansions, and I joined every guild, great house and faction I could, moreover I want to become a vampire then heal BEFORE corprus related quests, to keep consistency). And now, to make things worse, two of the very few mobile games I ever liked, NFS No limits and War Robots, are sucking away all my gaming time. And poor Geralt is waiting for me and I snub him!

I have about 500 to 700 games and have beat about 33% to 40%.
