This is scheduled downtime for a software update and to fix some other issues. The dev guys also have some other updates planned in the future, so it may not be the only instance of scheduled downtime to come.

Additionally, now that TalonMan has returned to the site and is eager to work on upgrading and improving things, he's catching up on changes since he was last here and will be working alongside Trucks to roll out some much called for improvements to the site. Top of the list is an adjustment tool and GameDB improvements, which I can't wait for.

Just some backend updates that will not be directly noticable. It might help with performance of posting and other things, but might not be noticable.
