No, it doesn't. It gives clear guidelines on what we're using as far as exclusives are concerned. So again, you can play by the rules or leave.

Correct. They are certainly Nintendo exclusives and have done a great job pushing sales of the Switch (I own both on mine), but they aren't true exclusives by virtue of existing on more than one platform. Even if we weren't counting Switch as Nintendo's 8th Gen mulligan, the titles would still not qualify as exclusive due to have ported versions elsewhere.

Either understand the context of the used meme or stop posting in here. You're still using a game that exists on more than one platform. If you continue dragging the discussion off topic I'll have to report you.
