I'm gonna go way out into left field and say EA skate. I really enjoyed the game's mechanics having skateboarded a long time ago. Was so interesting to see someone really do a skateboarding game well.

2nd might be rockband...I'd have to debate that or Uncharted

edit: forgot about portal, definitely deserves a mention.
