It makes sense that games later in the cycle sell less - more competition from older games. People go on about the install base but there are hundreds of much cheaper games to buy.

I'm one of those, I didn't even bothered to see the traillers. Not buying it. But I started playing BF again now that the season pass is free.

But being honest, most will buy it anyway. It has Star Wars on the name, it will sell like crazy and destroy the numbers of the original game. If it gets good reviews, something that seems likely, it's basically a given. Not sure about doing COD numbers, but it will perform well.

Getting that season pass for free is awesome.  Are you enjoying it?

Guys ... I'm going to say this one more time ...

STOP.ACTING.LIKE.BLACK.OPS.3.IS.NORMAL.SALES!!!

Call of Duty has a track record of doing only about 7.5 million on PS4. WW2 has 250k preorders in america, Infinite Warfare had 150k preorders in august this time of year, and black ops 3 had one million pre orders this time of year in america.

I'll say this much. I think it could beat COD ... but that might have more to do with it's january/december sales in correlation to the movie. It really depends, but I agree with the other posters that it could do worse than the original as well.

Yes, since now the MP seems balanced once again. However, I don't think it packs a lot of content. The new heroes/villains are awesome, but the new modes are kinda meh.



Bet with jetforcejiminy: PS4 will pass the Wii lifetime numbers.

I know right. Black Ops 3 was like the Wii of the COD franchise.
