Go on power walks. Exercise is therapeutic and never be afraid to talk to someone. That has helped me too whenever I feel blue.
Take up biking and join a bike club.

Every show. I used to watch around 20-25 shows every season and I had to cut it to 10 this time and I'm not even able to watch those. They're all awesome but I can't get around to watch them.

If anything I don't watch enough. 2017 will be the first year since 2010 where I could not finish 100 animes. It really sucks to toss so many animes aside that deserve my attention.

I have a hard time watching anime, mainly because my Japanese isn't very good, so I have to focus on reading the subtitles, so I can't multitask. If I were fluent in Japanese, it'd be much more enjoyable for me (well, I'm learning Japanese I guess, but I still have a long way to go!!)

We all have. If I was able to understand Japanese fluently I'd watch a ton more. That's how I finished all those long ass animes, with dubs. Right now I have to take time out of my schedule. And when I watch anime in my bed I'm usually only minutes away from sleep so often times I don't even make it through a single episode.

There are like 50 new shows every season. 30-40 of them are kinda watchable. 20 are good and 10 are really good. Watching less than 10 a season is an actual crime.
