Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo Direct with 45 minutes focused on Switch and 3ds announced for September 13

I'm wondering if this is mainly going to be a Direct that'll tie up the loose ends, as in clarify/show more footage of games they've already announced, or if this will be more forward looking and they'll announce some new games.

My bet is the first option. For big new announcements I can see an early one next year.

The announcement of the Direct states that it will mainly focus on already announced games. It's quite normal that a new game is slipped in somewhere though, but that shouldn't be taken for granted.

If there is a new game, I wonder if it'll be a port, or something completely original.

There is an Apple event this week and Animal Crossing Mobile will get unveiled. The logical follow-up is the announcement of Animal Crossing for Switch in the Nintendo Direct.

Eh, I'm not the biggest Animal Crossing fan myself, but I guess others would like that.

Localizations of Dragon Quest XI 3DS, The Snack World and The Alliance Alive, plus Persona Q2 is all I ask. I'd like to add both The Great Ace Attorney games but... Crapcom.

Its basicly always same, we always getting 1st option with Nintendo Directs, more informations and release dates for already announced games, and usualy few new announcements (at least one or two).

Gimme Bayonetta 1&2 for Switch and a trailer for Bayo3 and I'm done. Seriously, I need Bayonetta on the go.

I think we will get 1 big annoucement from Nintendo but this is mostly loose ends.

So, big announcement as in a port? Or does that not constitute as big?
