I was about to have my Rabbid Luigi squashed by two of the ice carrying big guys at the same time.
Then the game crashed.
Has the game crashed for anyone else?

| RolStoppable said: Yes. I also encountered a potentially game-breaking bug on my second playthrough. In world 3 I couldn't pick up one of the two items you have to retrieve. I exited the world and re-entered, but no change. Went back to the title screen and loaded the save file, still no change. It worked when I exited and closed the game, and booted it up again. |
So, just Ubi being Ubi then.
Good to know I guess.
I've gotten freezes in battle (as in drops to 0fps), but never a crash.

It wouldn't a Ubisoft game without them!
Beat the game, replayed world 1 for challenges, treasure chests and secret area, so far only experienced small dips, but no freezes nor crashes, been playing for over 20hrs.

Eh, I've encountered more annoying stuff in Breath of the Wild than in Kingdom Battle. Every time I killed one of the moblins my game froze for a full second, one time even 3-4 seconds and it has killed me numerous times. Thankfully it seems to be finally fixed though.

The first and only crash I ever had was actually against the final boss lol... I'll try to avoid spoilers, suffice it to say he flies at some points and then lands at others; well, when he landed he just got stuck there and the turns never changed. I used the "fast forward" option for the first time and let it sit there, and nothing ever happened, so I had to reset it.
Earlier in the game I had a weird thing happen that I felt must have been my fault but I couldn't see a way out... I took one of those Rabbids pipes to a hidden area (which was an island), but it wouldn't let me back into the pipe and there was no where else to go. I tried everything I could think of for about a minute (my options were pretty darn limited and the camera was fixed) until I just had to reset it.
There's certainly still a few bugs, but my the standards of modern games it's running pretty well.
No crashes yet, but I had a strange visual glitch in World 1 where no Rabbids are visible in the overworld.
