Absolutely, although we play lots of local multiplayer, so it's somewhat justified. I own one red, one yellow, and one blue pair of Joy-Cons and I like to swap them depending on my mood. When I played Sonic Mania with a friend we used the appropriate Joy-Con color for our character (blue for Sonic, yellow for Tails, red for Knuckles lol). I want those Splatoon themed Joy-Cons but I need to know if there'll be a way to get a complementary pair first.

Well, I owned the neon yellow and the splatoon edition joy-cons as collectible lol

I'm currently focusing on Switch platform more than PS4, Xbox One and PC because Switch is a limitation for whatever reason, that's why i halted PS4/XboxOne/PC.

Pretty sure every Switch owner has at least considered it.

When the Switch first launched, I tried to buy the red ones and a charging grip. Couldn't ever find them. Now, i don't even want them anymore.

I had to get a grey Switch since I couldn't find the neon anywhere, so yes. The grey one looks really boring compared to the other colors =P

I'm just waiting on a full Neon Green set before I buy an extra pair since green is my favorite color.

Well you could kind of say that about me. I own 6 joy cons altogether. The grey pair, the neon red + blue and the splatoon pink and green pair even though i don't even own splatoon 2! I also bought an extra comfort grip and a charging grip. To be fair tho, it's for 3 player ARMS sessions and for games like Mario kart. Ik it's possible to play with a single joycon but atm i prefer to play old-school with 2. It's fun to mix and match tho but admittedly expensive. Problem is, i'm a sucker for new colours!

I already have the gray pair that came with the system and a left red and right blue pair, so not looking to buy any more. A blue green pair looks nice thought.
