Yes my opinion of him would change, but not to the point where I'd suddenly become a card carrying Trump supporter. Why should I suddenly become a Trump supporter, because he did the right thing for once and fucking denounced white supremasists? 

Is that how far we've lowered the bar for this president? That's a sad state of affairs. 

Maybe he should just do the right thing, because it's the right goddamn thing to do for a country that he is leader of that and not be expected to have people lick his nut sack because actually did the morally correct thing for a change. 

"Well you're not going to like me so why should I do it" is not an acceptable frame of mind for a US president. It is for a 8 year old, sorry if I expect more from a president than that. 

And beyond that as I've said before he purposely is doing this for reasons of political expidency, taking advantage of a country's racial divisions for his own personal political gain. I think the "both sides" equivalency is gross. There is no "both sides" here as if they're some equal side of a coin. One side is fighting (a lost battle) for racial supremacy. The other side is protesting against their bigotry.
