I see the alt-right devolving into extreme homegrown terror the likes of ISIS very soon. The war chants have been too loud now. Youtube's got a nasty case of it. They're all about free speech, except when it's in opposition to them.

Good. Let them be exposed for the ugly cancer they are, then some people are going to have to make some decisions on what they actually believe.

my point was that beliefs and mindsets change through dialogue primarily in our current era and yes alternatively they are changed through violence, but that leads me to asking as i did before - what violent methods are you advoctaing to be used against white supremacists?
if you aren't advocting for violence against white supremacists, what options are you left with?

Actually, blacks are increasing in proportion (though, only slightly) of the population. Non-hispanic whites are the only population group in decline (and even then, their raw numbers are still increasing).
Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

I never said it was new.
It is cultivated when people have worldviews reinforced. You will likely always have a certain percentage of extremists, but as a society you can foster discussion that dulls or reduces it, or you can stoke and strengthen it. I think modern media has pushed for the latter over the former for profits.
