Put Pokemon yellow on it right now and you can have €20 from me for it.

I'm just looking for an improved sun and moon.
Keep and expand the mounts, in a way you can catch a pokemon and register it as a mount, if the pokemon is compatible (ex: big dogs like arcane could replace stouland, mountable sized quadrpods with horns, like terrain, could replace tauros, etc). Keep and expand the encounters with wild pokemon, keeping away from random encounter, more silhouettes, more grass heights. Keep trials and give back the gyms, but in a less linear manner: keep trials open to free access, but certain trials as requirement for accessing the gyms.

Anyway, just keep away from hms and they'll have my money.

Hopefully that translates to a great game on the Switch, and not like an updated remake of an old gen or something.

Sounds like something we won't be getting until late 2019 at earliest.

Still... I find it really hard to get excited about anything Pokémon nowadays. Ohmori damaged this franchise for good.

For games like Sun and Moon that are surpassing sales records and are on pace to match, and possibly surpass, X and Y LT sales and garned positive reception from fans and critics, its weird hearing such a comment.

I hope the new game(s) build up from what the devs have developed over the course of the franchise's history (i.e., battle system, quests, stats, maps, techniques, etc.) and provide us with some more new Pokemon (though how they can incorporate over 800 Pokemon, I don't know and I'm glad I'm not developing such a game with that many Pokemon) in either a new and interesting region, some of the older regions, or a little bit of both.

I will not get excited until I see the thing.

The game sold really well but that's not an argument for quality. Besides the records are super contextual, like it was the fastest selling Nintendo game in the UK/NA, but Pokemon games have been doing that for a while(X/Y was the previously fastest selling Nintendo games). Probably won't outsell the 3 most popular generations(unless you include Ultra Moon and Sun)

I will not get excited until all remnants of the 3DS Pokémon games are proven to be abolished and a new era emerges.

They will take Ragnarok Online Sprites and will sell it to us as a next gen game. Thats gamefreak. They even donr know what UE4 is.

I get that and it's really hard to say which record was broken at times. Nevertheless, the games are successful and most fans appeared to have like these games for what they are. I'm not saying that they're the GOATs or something but it's kinda weird hearing someone say that the series is destroyed by one new generation of games in which it's hard for me to believe. Granted, I personally like Pokémon Sun for some of its change-ups from the usual formula so maybe that's what's making me disagree, but even then I don't usually hear people completely bad mouth the generation like that. Though it's his opinion so more power to him.

I wonder if they would ask Nintendo to give them the Zelda engine to make the game, in the end Nintendo already said that they want to re-use that engine due to how much work was put into it..
