Have you played it, if so it it any good? Just wondering if its worth getting into the game again for the MP.

Oh no, I've not played it, I do think it looks good, I just think they should keep it separate to Final Fantasy XV, I feel like for the last decade or so they've been doing things a little too different from what made Final Fantasy work so well, which was keeping it as a singleplayer experience with a bunch of side content already in the game...

I'll more than likely end up buying the DLC regardless lol, still not even played the original game yet, I bought it day one, but now I'm waiting to see if they'll release a complete edition or something with all the season pass content included, lol.

It's great, but I'd be careful asking people on the small confines of the internet where apparently FFXV is the new FFXIII, but not really.

The multiplayer beta is very limited, even the character creator. It reminds me of Dragon's Dogma's character creator but way prettier(especially the glorious bouncy hair). I hope the final version of the character creator is jam-packed with options. Also I hope they completely remove that loading time when you choose accessories and costumes. Also, something notable in the character creator is that they have chest and butt sliders for both male and female characters. lol

As for the game itself, I like how you can choose to just have AI party members or play solo(grayed out but it's an option) if you can't connect with other real people. Hopefully, there's also an extensive campaign where you can roam around large areas even if it's not an open world instead of just multiplayer mob hunts/side quest kinda like Monster hunter.

I also like the slightly revamped battle system. You can now hold Square to cast protect which protects you and any party member behind the barrier which slowly reduces your MP and then it breaks. Although I do hope you can use many more kinds of magic(in the beta there's only an offensive spell and a cure spell, and protect).

They have a lot more to add to it for it to be good enough for release and I hope they fulfill those goals.

Can I have dreads, big lips, and a wide nose, though?

Because if I can't, it's just as poor a character creator as every other one I've used.

You giving bad Final Fantasy XI flashbacks.....

Hair options are still very limited; they currently only have like 4 basic hair options. You can edit the facial structure of your character, like in Sims 4, but it's not as extensive, so yes you can have a wide nose and big lips.

Huh, I didn't know XV had MP. That's... pretty cool actually. I wonder if there's a glasses twintail option? xD

Here's my character in the beta.

That look pretty cool, although I'm often, not always, but often, lazy in the creation of my custom character. Also, there's MP in XV? I love you VGC, you teach me something new every day.

It looks better than any character from Mass Effect Andromeda.

Will this dlc be free or you have to buy it?

Not really, you have to have the season pass to play the Multiplayer Expansion and also have PSN plus.
