The next SMT game was already announced to release at least on Switch.(It was the Atlus game on the January presentation)It could become multiplat, thats for sure, but as far as I know, there has been no official confirmation, nor a rumor at that.

The whole thing is a bit strange, the PS4 version all came from this http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1360690&page=1, but since it was a fan panel only sponsered by Atlus it's believed a PS4 version was either an assumption or a mistake along with the Switch version said by the host. So I don't know whether a PS4 version is coming, just that whoever said a PS4 version was coming shouldn't be able to know that information. Still no official confirmation from Atlus on platforms it seems.

Persona Super Live is in a couple days, so we may possibly get some concrete info then.

I've just bought Persona Q for the 3Ds, really looks good. chibi persona is cool. I hope the SMT and Persona series would just be multiplats. I believe Sony has a contract with Atlus about Persona being a PS exclusive, hope that contract runs out and Atlus would push for multiplats.
