This is gonna take awhile:

- Long cutscenes
- Quicktime events (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
- Overly linear environments
- Lengthy exposition
- Escort missions (!!!!!!!!!)
- Convoluted plotlines
- Forced or poorly implemented motion controls
- Grinding (!!!!)
- Girly Men
- Anything to do with WWII
- Party Games
- Six hour long games
- Invincible enemies

... I could keep going all day. That was just two minutes of me thinking. There's plenty more.

Out of curiousity, what is it that people don't like about Escort missions?

For me, it mainly revolves around the cork-on-the-fork stupid AI. RE4 had a decent escort mission but that's about the only game I can think of that did.

Ah okay.  When I think of Escort missions, I think of the older space sim games where escorting usually wasn't that bad.

-Backtracking
-Short games
-Repetitive gameplay
-Long cutscenes
-Bad AI
-Time Limits
-Games that are too easy

*cough*Homeworld:Cataclysm*cough*

Not a space sim but one of the most aggravating games ever created. The escort level was particularly nauseating.

No, no.  I'm talking about games like StarLancer and Tachyon where the escortees don't try to kill themselves.

Well when I think of escort missions now, I think of Oblivion and how I want to tear my hear out when I get another tag along mission with some stupid AI that wants to fight every thing it sees.

I don't think I will have many people agree with me but,
......can someone please making 400 FPS games a year. Maybe one or two good ones can be made, but I'm tired of playing the same game that came out 10 years ago.

Also:
-WWII
-Handwalking (ie nonoptional tutorials)
-Pointless missions
-Pointless NPCs (wow Oblivion had 500 NPC's, but 488 of them were the same and you only had 4 voice actors)

Linear (die SMG)
Boring and reused stories (die twice SMG)
Load times
Repetitive levels
Backtracking (I only mind this if I have to do A LOT)C
Cost
Not long enough (I play generally long games but I don't want them to end because the stories are so good And also I can't buy games that often so I make games last as long as possible)
Not enough replay value

I agree with some of those issues.  However, SMG is not to be played for stories and platformers don't have to be nonlinear to be fun.  Everything else, I agree with though.  For example, Star Ocean 3 is a pretty big offender of backtracking

before I was wolf3D, doom & doom II addicted (not all doomlike only WDDII) player but after playin A Link To The Past I started to hate the FPS gender of course a 100% FPS and after I became a Nintendo fanboy and totally disconnected from sony and later Microsoft I even installed FreeBSD and Lunix Suse on my PC lol.
I hate FPS.

man, there is soo much to hate when it comes to games,

controls that work (not literally)
spending time on a game (seriously do those guys call several hours of gaming a complete game?)
camera... ooh i have so much hate towards camera's (specially when they completely block ur sight)
having to do crappy quests to continue in the game (and i mean really useless or completely unrelated quests)
lag... (jeez who hadn't had it)
repetitive gaming -_-' (or parts where you need to do something for way too long)
limits that put stress on you (time especially) i play to relax not to stress me more jeez.
missions where you have to have a useless NPC character that dies/gets stuck really fast.
(you guys can fill in the rest :P)
